VareFy is currently in alpha — our first real-world testing phase, running exclusively in Texas.

This means the platform is live, jobs are real, and we're learning from every interaction. Things will break. Features will change. That's the point.

We chose Texas deliberately — it's one of the largest independent service markets in the country and the right place to prove the model before we expand anywhere else.
